Notice: Annual Business Meeting, Elections

The Board of Directors has scheduled the Association’s annual business meeting for Wednesday, Oct. 31, during the Marketing & Distribution Convention at the Hilton Minneapolis. Membership will elect directors at this time.

The meeting is part of the general session on workforce development that begins at 1:15 p.m. In addition to electing officers, members will discuss any other business required. Each manufacturing member company present will have one vote on each item. There are no provisions for proxy voting.
