Jacto Changes Distribution Approach

Jacto Inc. has changed its distribution approach for its tractor-mounted sprayers. It is no longer a two-step distribution system supported by a domestic warehouse but rather three direct importers/distributors.

Jacto’s tractor-powered sprayer organization now comprises Cummings & Bricker Inc. in the northeast and central midwest, ACI Distributors, Inc. for the midwest and southeast, and General Implement Distributors for the northern plains and western states.

This strategy puts more inventories, along with sales and technical support, closer to the market, and it allows for more competitive overall pricing for dealers and end users, the company said. The new system also makes Jacto products readily available to many new dealers in underserved territories.   Member since 1991 –  Jacto.com
