PrairieLand Partners, Inc. (PLP) and Concordia Tractor, Inc. (CTI) plan to merge their business operations, pending John Deere approval. The new company, which will operate as PrairieLand Partners, LLC, will have 13 Deere dealerships in Kansas. The merger is expected to close in January.

Sydenstricker Implement Co., a Deere dealer in Mexico, Mo., is acquiring the Deere franchise in Columbia, Mo., that was previously part of Farm Power/Lawn and Leisure. This is Sydenstricker’s 13th Missouri Deere location.
