Dealer News: Mergers/Acquisitions in Eastern U.S.

East Coast Equipment and Quality Equipment, two Deere dealerships with similar roots in communities throughout North Carolina and Virginia, have merged. The new organization will be known as “Quality Equipment.” It includes 27 locations and serves much of North Carolina and one Virginia store. The headquarters of the new company will be located in Fuquay-Varina, N.C.

LandPro Equipment, which is headquartered in Falconer, N.Y., has announced the acquisition of Valley Ag and Turf, headquartered in Halifax, Pa. Valley Ag and Turf is a five-location Deere dealership. LandPro has 20 locations in New York, Pennsylvania and Ohio.
