Association President Focuses on Strengthening Committees
Nick Jensen, president of Thurston Manufacturing and the recently elected president of this Association, intends to strengthen the organization by strengthening the work of its committees.
He has begun a recruiting effort to build participation on committees and is working with chairpersons to refine their focus.
“Committee work is an opportunity to get involved and shape the Association’s direction,” Jensen said. “The staff depends on input from members to decide priorities and initiate programs most useful to our industry. Committee members are foundational to that information-gathering.”
