ESP Named Company of Year

ESP International, a 100 percent employee-owned company serving OEM off-highway equipment markets, received the 2019 Company of the Year award from the ESOP (employee stock ownership plan) Association's Iowa/Nebraska Chapter.

The award celebrates companies where employees feel a sense of ownership and employers pursue a vision of employee participation, wealth creation, and individual dignity and worth.

ESP will represent the Iowa/Nebraska Chapter at the National ESOP Company of the Year. They will compete against 17 other chapter nominees.
