Suppliers: Stand Out Through Sponsorships

The Supply Summit & Showcase exists to bring together farm equipment manufacturers with companies that provide component parts and services to the industry.

Suppliers seeking to stand out at the meeting may find value in sponsoring a session at the Summit, sending a delivery to attendees’ rooms, hosting a welcome station, and more.

Take a look at these sponsorship opportunities.

Speaker sessions ($1,500 to $3,000). Sponsors are acknowledged by the Association president, through signs, and in the program. You are also welcome to distribute printed sales information in the session room and place a promotional item in a welcome bag given to attendees at registration. Finally, speaker sponsors get one free registration.

Welcome Station ($900). Set up a display near the registration desk during peak hours, which are 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday. This is an opportunity to be visible through signs, printed sales materials, and promotional giveaways. As with the speaker sponsorships, welcome station sponsors may place an item in welcome bags. You will be acknowledged in the program and in the president’s remarks on stage.

Display Sponsor ($350). This opportunity is much like the welcome station but offered during a 90-minute window that the sponsor and Association decide upon together. This sponsorship offers fewer opportunities to be acknowledged than the Welcome Station sponsorship. Call the Association for details.

Golf and Shooting Events ($100). Sponsor a hole on the golf course or a station at the shooting event. A sign will acknowledge your support of the Association.

In-Room Delivery ($1 to $5 per room, depending on the number of sponsors). Send a promotional item directly to attendees’ rooms.

Meeting planner Sarah Stevener said sponsors help the Association keep the cost of Summit registration relatively low and create outstanding opportunities to connect with customers. To learn more about sponsorships, call Stevener at (314) 878-2304.
