Acquires Miller Farm Equipment

Canada’s largest agriculture and construction dealership, Rocky Mountain Dealerships Inc., based in Calgary, Alberta said it has signed a deal to buy Miller Farm Equipment Inc, also Canadian based.

Miller has five dealerships in Manitoba and one in Saskatchewan with revenue in excess of $100 million last year.  The amount to be paid was not immediately available, but Rocky Mountain said half of the purchase price would be paid in cash and half in stock.

Rocky Mountain also said they have completed their purchase of Roydale International Ltd., the last Case IH dealer south of Calgary, not owned by the company.
