Revenue at Titan Machinery was flat compared to 2019 in its third-quarter earnings report. Sales of equipment declined by 2.1 percent for the quarter. Parts sales increased by 8.5 percent and service revenue by 11.4 percent, leading to an overall gain in the agriculture segment.

Johnson Tractor has acquired A.A. Anderson. As a result of the acquisition, Johnson Tractor, a Kubota dealer, will have five locations—three in Illinois and two in Wisconsin. The sale is expected to be final Dec. 31. (Source: Northwest Herald)

The associations of the Deep Southern Equipment Dealers, United Equipment Dealers and Midwest-Southeastern Equipment Dealers have canceled their joint annual meeting, which was scheduled for February in Savannah, Ga. The cancellation is in response to COVID-19.
