Ag Growth International Reports Results
Ag Growth International Inc. has announced that sales for the year ended December 31, 2014 represent record highs for AGI and were primarily the result of a strong performance in AGI’s core North American market. Demand for AGI’s grain handling brands was stimulated by record crop volumes in the U.S. and continued investment in the commercial grain handling infrastructure. Earlier in the month the company announced the appointment of Tim Close as President, effective immediately.
Tim had been with AGI since 2012, most recently as Senior Vice President of Strategic Development. He has played an integral role in the pending acquisition of Westeel and the acquisition of Rem Grain Vac and had the lead strategic role in AGI's organic growth initiative in Brazil. S
