The Board of Directors of Agricultural Manufacturers of Canada (AMC) introduced a new executive director during the its Annual Tradeshow and Convention.
AMC announced that Donna Boyd, who has spent most of her career in leadership roles in non-profit organizations, has been hired to lead the organization.
Boyd brings to AMC a depth of experience in member and public relations, advocacy, and operations, the announcement said.
“Quick to smile, eager to learn, and sharp, Boyd brings to AMC a collaborative approach, operational diligence, and proven leadership in advocacy” said AMC Chair Richelle Andreas.
Boyd, who has roots in Winnipeg, said she looks forward to engaging with members and aligning the operations of AMC with its strategic plan.
AMC seeks to promote the growth and development of the agricultural equipment manufacturing industry in Canada.
