Annual Business Meeting, Election of Officers
The Farm Equipment Manufacturers Association will hold its Annual Business Meeting and election of directors during the 1 p.m. session Wednesday, Nov. 6, at the Marketing & Distribution Convention at the Hyatt at the Arch in St. Louis.
Each regular member company present and in good standing will have one vote on each item addressed during the meeting. There are no provisions for proxy voting.
The agenda will include the election of members to the board of directors, the president’s annual report, and any other business required.
The meeting is part of the session that will include a panel discussion on autonomous farming and the potential it holds for the shortline industry.
