Association Seeks Board Nominations
At this Association’s Board of Directors meeting in April, President Paul Jeffrey appointed Mike Kloster from Worksaver to serve as chair of the 2017 Nominations Committee for our Board of Directors.
The Nominations Committee will:
- Develop a list of candidates who are qualified, willing, and able to serve on our Board of Directors;
- Review candidates with the Board of Directors as provided for in the bylaws;
- Determine a slate of candidates to fill the required number of Board of Directors positions;
- Nominate that slate at the annual business session during the 2017 Marketing & Distribution Convention in Houston.
Directors elected in Houston will assume responsibilities immediately. Terms are three years but vary if a director is elected to complete an unexpired term.
