Call for Board Nominations

In April, Association President Ric Kirby appointed Paula Kaster from Kasco Manufacturing to serve as the chair of the 2016 Nominations Committee for our Board of Directors.

The committee will:

• Develop a list of candidates who are qualified, willing, and able to serve on our Board of Directors;
• Review candidates with the Board of Directors as provided for in the bylaws;
• Determine a slate of candidates to fill the required number of Board of Directors positions; and
• Nominate that slate at the Association’s Annual Business Session during the Fall Marketing & Distribution Convention in San Diego, Calif.

Directors elected in San Diego will assume responsibilities immediately. Terms are three years but vary if a director is elected to complete an unexpired term.
