CNH Buys Part of Kongskilde

Kongskilde Industries has entered into an agreement to sell its grass and soil activities to CNH Industrial. Kongskilde will keep its industry and grain divisions.

The move is part of a strategy by DLG Group, which owns Kongskilde, to divest non-core activities and strengthen its focus on core business areas.

The company will continue to operate its current sales organization and its dealer and importer network, ensuring continuity in its customers’ support and service.
