CNH CEO Steps Down

CNH Industrial N.V. has announced that Richard Tobin is stepping down as CEO and as a director of CNH Industrial to pursue another executive opportunity.

Tobin’s departure will be effective April 27, following announcement of the company’s financial results for the quarter ending March 31.

The board of directors has appointed Derek Neilson as interim CEO. Neilson has nearly 20 years of experience with CNH Industrial and most recently served as COO for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, as well as president of CNH’s commercial vehicles products segment.
