Dealer Consolidation Update

Titan Machinery Inc. said it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Schoffman’s Inc., a fourth generation Case IH ag dealership in Redwood Falls, MN. The dealership is contiguous to Titan Machinery’s Marshall Dealership. In its most recently reported fiscal year, ended January 31, 2011, Schoffman’s Inc. generated revenues of approximately $16 million.

Also, Blanchard Equipment Co., Columbia, SC, has acquired Guess Farm Equipment’s three John Deere dealerships in Orangeburg, St. Matthews and Hampton, effective March 1. The company has eight locations in Georgia and South Carolina. ◆
