Ag-Pro Companies of Boston, Ga. has announced the acquisition of Fredericksburg Equipment based in Fredericksburg, Texas. Ag-Pro now has 12 locations in Southern Texas and 50 locations across Alabama, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina and Texas.

SEMA Equipment, a Deere dealer serving eight southeast Minnesota locations, plans to consolidate three of its sites and its office. The site will bring together operations from LeRoy, Austin and Spring Valley. Construction will be complete in a little more than a year. SEMA Equipment also has locations in Plainview, St. Charles, Wanamingo, Northfield and Caledonia.
