Earnings Report from Buhler

Buhler Industries reported its third-quarter earnings this month. Revenue for the quarter was $79.1 million, up from last year's $77.1 million.

Sales of $203.9 million for the first nine months of the fiscal year dropped from the $250.7 million reported for the same period last year. The decline reflects lower demand for agricultural equipment resulting from lower commodity prices and the unstable political environment in Eastern Europe.

The report said Buhler has adjusted its workforce, which reduced production. In turn, reduced production led to improved cash flow and reduced debt load.
