ESP Employee Named Associations Owner of the Year
Jeff Mounts, marketing coordinator at ESP International in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, has been named the 2019 Employee Owner of the Year by The ESOP Association. ESOP stands for employee stock ownership plan.
The award recognizes an employee owner who provides a positive influence in the company, and who participates in the company’s employee ownership activities and in the activities of The ESOP Association.
ESP International has an employee stock ownership plan, and Mounts co-chairs a committee to help educate employees on the benefits and responsibilities of being employee owners.
Mounts also played a significant role in hosting a member of Congress at ESP International.
