Great Plains Announces Management Changes

Great Plains Manufacturing, Inc., recently announced changes to its leadership team.

David Disberger has been named Vice President of Engineering for Great Plains Manufacturing, Inc. He will provide leadership to Great Plains’ three divisional engineering departments—Great Plains Ag Division, Land Pride Division, and Great Plains United Kingdom; he will also oversee purchasing and facilities.

Disberger most recently served as Vice President of Engineering at AGCO Corporation.

Mike Cleveland has been named Vice President of Sales for the Great Plains Ag Division.

He joined Great Plains in 1992 as a territory manager for Nebraska, Colorado, and Kansas. He has held various management positions at Great Plains, including Planter Product Manager and Regional Sales Manager. Since 1999, Cleveland served as the division’s National Sales Manager.

Succeeding Cleveland as National Sales Manager for the Ag Division is Dan Bratt. Bratt grew up in Twin Falls, Idaho, where his father manages a local New Holland Dealership. For the past decade, Bratt worked for New Holland, serving as a territory manager for three different sales territories. He recently served as the Market Representation Manager, responsible for dealer and territory development in eight states in the Western Corn Belt and High Plains.

Disberger, Cleveland, and Bratt will work and travel out of Great Plains’ corporate headquarters in Salina, Kansas.
