RDO Equipment Co. has named Chris Cooper as its COO. Cooper has served as executive vice president with RDO since 2012. He will be based at the company’s Field Support Office in Fargo, N.D.

Meade Tractor, a family-owned dealership headquartered in Bristol, Tenn., has announced the purchase of eight John Deere Construction and Forestry branches from Nortrax. The dealerships are in Bowling Green, Ky.; Chattanooga, Tenn.; Kingsport, Tenn.; Knoxville, Tenn.; Louisville, Ky.; London, Ky.; Nashville, Tenn.; and Richmond, Ky.

Dealer H&R Agri-Power has completed the acquisition of Black Prairie Tractor, a Zimmatic dealership. The purchase adds two locations in Columbus, Miss., to current Agri-Power sites in Kentucky, Illinois, Tennessee, Alabama and Mississippi.

Mississippi AG, a John Deere dealer with 13 locations in Mississippi and Arkansas, has named Kyle Fulcher as its CEO. Fulcher is a Mississippi native who has worked in leadership roles with John Deere since 2006. S
