Kondex Launches Apprentice Program

In response to a growing demand for maintenance professionals in manufacturing, Kondex has launched a Maintenance Mechanic Apprenticeship program.

This four-year, state-indentured program consists of 8,000 combined hours of classroom and on-the-job training under the company’s experienced maintenance mechanics.

Participants can complete the program at any participating Wisconsin technical college. Kondex will pay for their tuition, books, and fees. Students who finish the program will be maintenance mechanics prepared to install, service, and maintain production equipment and machinery.

“Kondex offers a variety of training and career advancement opportunities to its associates, and we’re excited to add this apprenticeship as another career learning path,” said human resources representative Kelly Peterson.
