Nominations Sought

Association President, Andrew Cummings, T. G. Schmeiser Co., Inc., has appointed former president John McCoy, Orthman Manufacturing, to serve as chair of this year’s Nominating Committee for Directors.

McCoy and his committee will develop a list of candidates qualified, willing, and able to serve as a Director; Review candidates with the Board of Directors as provided for in the bylaws; determine a slate of candidates to fill the required number of Board of Directors positions and nominate that slate at the Association’s Annual Business Session during the Fall Convention in Indianapolis.

The Committee welcomes suggestions from members, which should be sent through the Association’s Executive Vice President, Vernon Schmidt in the St. Louis office at Vernon@FarmEquip.org.
