NY Passes Bill on Slow-Moving Sign

The New York Senate recently approved a bill that calls for the slow-moving vehicle emblem to be affixed to farm machinery and implements of husbandry traveling at a rate of 35 miles per hour. The previous rate requiring the emblem was 25 miles per hour.

As of Thursday, the bill had not been taken up by the Assembly.
