Official Notice: Annual Meeting, Election of Officers

The Annual Business Meeting of the Farm Equipment Manufacturers Association is 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2016. The brief meeting is held as part of the Marketing & Distribution Convention at the Sheraton Hotel & Marina in San Diego.

The agenda will include the election of members to the board of directors, president’s annual report, and any other business required. The meeting is scheduled immediately after the opening breakfast and before the MarketPlace session.

Each regular member company present and in good standing will have one vote on each item addressed during the meeting. There are no provisions for proxy voting.
