Official Notice: Election of Directors

The Board of Directors has scheduled the Association’s annual business meeting to elect directors.

The meeting is Wednesday, Oct. 31 in Salons EFG at the Hilton Minneapolis. It follows the 1:15 p.m. general session on workforce development at the Marketing & Distribution Convention.

The agenda includes the election of members to the Board of Directors. Each regular member company present will have one vote on each item addressed during the meeting. There are no provisions for proxy voting.
