ONCAP Acquires Significant Share of Ingersoll Tillage Group

Ingersoll Tillage Group (“ITG”) and its majority owned subsidiary, Corporacion Patricio Echeverria announced the sale of a portion of ITG’s shares to ONCAP, effective June 1. This investment is in partnership with Robert “Butch” Mandel, a Canadian entrepreneur with ownership interests in steel processing and distribution businesses in addition to his shareholdings in ITG. The investment will be made by ONCAP III, a $800 million fund. S
