Osmundson Sells Sister Company

Perry, IA-based Osmundson Mfg. Co.’s sister company Agpoint, of Australia, has been sold by owner Douglas G. Bruce.

The sale was completed at the end of July 2010. According to the company, the transition was smooth and no major changes were made in sales or distribution. The new owner is also in the agriculture business in Australia. Bruce, along with all of Osmundson’s employees, said they wish the new owner and company all the best. ◆
