Resources for Members

The Farm Equipment Manufacturers Association has for many years worked with the standards group at ASABE. Every other year, our Association has purchased the complete ASABE Standards and Engineering Practices Data and made that $549 resource available to our manufacturing members at no cost.

The 2016 edition is now available and will be sent to any regular member company requesting a copy, while supplies last.

Members wishing more information on the standards-setting process at ASABE are encouraged to attend our Association’s Marketing & Distribution Convention, which is Oct. 30 to Nov. 2 in San Diego, where our Standards Awareness Council will address how even very small manufacturers can become involved in the ASABE process.

ASABE members with standards access and those with site-license privileges can access the full text of S279 and S390 by electronic download from the Society’s online Technical Library. Others can purchase a copy, directly from the library or by contacting ASABE headquarters at OrderStandard@asabe.org.
