Sentry Kicks Off Construction

Sentry Insurance broke ground recently on a new 270,000-square-foot office in Stevens Point, Wis.

“Sentry is a growing company,” said Pete McPartland, Sentry’s chairman of the board, president, and CEO. “The 1501 North Point building will accommodate our growth, and give us more flexibility with other aspects of our campus.”

The seven-story building will feature customizable office spaces and meeting rooms. It will include a cafeteria, fitness and wellness centers, and health services. Five hundred employees will occupy the building when it opens with an expectation that the population will increase.

The company employs about 2,500 people in the Stevens Point area.

Construction is scheduled to be complete in late 2018.
