Sentry Names New Association Rep

Association members have someone new in their corner.

Sentry Insurance has announced the appointment of Shane W. Beversdorf as FEMA Program Manager. He succeeds Bob Bonifas, who retired in May.

Beversdorf brings more than 20 years of experience in claims, underwriting, and agency ownership.

Before joining Sentry, he worked as a claims representative and a senior underwriter. Most recently, he was an agency owner.

Beversdorf is married and the father of three children. You will learn more about him in the fall issue of Ag Innovator magazine, and you will have the opportunity to say hello at the Marketing & Distribution Convention in San Diego.

“It is of course bittersweet to say goodbye to Bob,” said Vernon Schmidt, the Association’s Executive Vice President. “But I could not be happier to get to know Shane and begin conversations with him about how to further strengthen the relationship between Sentry and members of our Association.”
