SMA, Blount Complete Sale

Blount International, Inc. and SMA, Inc. have completed SMA’s acquisition of certain assets of Blount’s TISCO aftermarket parts business.

SMA will maintain the current TISCO office in Oakdale, Minnesota to provide customer and technical support. SMA will continue to operate TISCO warehouses in Strongsville, Ohio, and Nashville, Tennessee, in addition to SMA’s four existing warehouses.

All operations for both SMA and TISCO will be fully integrated across all of SMA’s warehouse and office locations.
