The 2011 Spring Clinic is just around the corner and members are encouraged to take advantage of the lowest rate available by registering before the early discount deadline.
This year’s Spring Clinic takes place March 31 to April 2, 2011 at the luxurious Saddlebrook Resort in Wesley Chapel, near Tampa, FL. Saddlebrook’s unique walking village layout, allows you plenty of freedom to take in the gorgeous views of tropical paradise.
This exclusive facility is the ideal place to reconnect with fellow members and build new relationships in a more relaxed resort environment. Be sure to get there in time to pick up your badge and get settled so you won’t miss out on the great activities planned.

Spouse/Guest Tour: A special trip has been planned for spouses and guests to visit the Tampa Bay History Center before heading out to enjoy lunch on a luxury yacht while touring the Bay. Trap Shoot: For some members, the 2011 Spring Clinic kicks off at 11:30 a.m. with a Trap Shoot at Silver Dollar Shooter’s Club. You’ll be transported to the club where a delicious bar-b-que rib lunch awaits. Whether you bring your own gun, rent one at the club or just want to go for the camaraderie, you’re sure to have a great time. Golf Tournament: Also on Thursday, with a shot-gun start at noon, is the Halter Memorial Golf Tournament. This tournament usually draws a large group, from novices to those who claim they play pretty well. Lunch is included. In addition to the social events, several educational programs will provide an opportunity to gain important, industry-current knowledge from choice speakers. These sessions are designed to cover issues that will affect your business — issues members have told us they want to learn more about. Schedule Changes: You may have noticed that we’ve moved a few things around this year. For instance, the Suppliers Section will host their grand Opening Reception on Thursday evening, and the Supplier Showcase takes place this year on Friday afternoon. Friday and Saturday provide a variety of sessions, featuring industry experts who will cover topics that include rural economic conditions, minimizing product liability, the China market, the National Labor Relations Board, protecting sensitive data and much more.
