Tour Completion Center for Falcon Jets

Airplane enthusiasts who attend the Supply Summit & Showcase will have an extraordinary opportunity to see inside an operation that completes and customizes Falcon jets.

Little Rock is home to the worldwide Completion Center for Falcon Jet. The 1-million-square-foot operation provides inspections, maintenance, modifications, completion and repairs exclusively for Falcon.

Current production model Falcons are manufactured in France, then flown in “green” condition to the Completion Center. Once there, technicians paint the jets, install optional avionics, and customize the interiors.

The completion center is among the best-equipped in the world. Master artisans work in classic media—woods, metals, textiles and hides—to create interiors unique to each jet and tough enough to stand the rigors of flying.

“To guarantee that each customer’s ideal becomes leather, burl and brass reality,” the company writes, “Falcon oversees every facet of every completion. We make sure that work complies precisely with every specification set forth by the owner.”

The Completion Center boasts of a three-bay paint hangar with a dual-downdraft system for superior finish.

Technicians for Dassault create cabin systems that deliver sound, data, images, conditioned air and electrical power designed with a focus on ease of use.

The Dassault tour, which is free to Summit attendees, is 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Friday, April 7. Space is limited. Register for the tour when you register for the Summit.
