Drollinger New Executive Director Of ASABE

ASABE has announced that Darrin Drollinger, will be the new Executive Director of ASABE, pending confirmation by the Board of Trustees on June 20.

Drollinger is a 21-year member of ASABE and has more than 20 years of experience in association management, currently serving as Vice President of Statistics, Technical and Safety Services for the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM). His interest in agricultural and biological engineering began in his family’s greenhouse business while he was growing up in Ohio, and continued as a student at The Ohio State University where he graduated with a BS in Agricultural Engineering. He also earned an MBA degree from Loyola University.

Drollinger brings to the Executive Director position outstanding leadership skills, extensive association management and international relations experience, and a passion for agricultural and biological engineering. Upon accepting the position Drollinger said, “I’m honored to be nominated as the ninth leader for the Society in our 103-year history.”
