VIP Reception For Association Members At Agritechnica 2011

The world’s largest exhibition for agricultural machinery and equipment, Agritechnica, is attracting more manufacturers of agricultural machinery and equipment from all over the world than ever before. This is evident from the stand bookings received to date, which are about 10% up on the last event in 2009.

The organizer DLG — German Agricultural Society) is expecting more than 2,000 exhibitors from Germany and other countries to take part in the show this year too. All global players in the agricultural machinery and equipment industry have already registered, adding that in addition more than 300 new exhibitors have booked stands for the first time.

Worldwide showcase for innovations: Agritechnica is the innovations showcase for manufacturers from all over the world. Many companies have been gearing their innovation cycles to Agritechnica and using the exhibition to launch their new products on the world market for years now. This is assisted by the excellent venue at the world’s largest exhibition grounds in Hanover, offering optimal conditions for both exhibitors and attendees. Furthermore, Agritechnica with its top-flight technical program including a wide range of international events such as congresses, forums and press conferences is held to be the most important forum for the future in the agricultural sector. This is where technology trends are pointed up and all key questions concerning the future of agriculture and agricultural machinery and equipment are addressed.

Agritechnica will be held from November 15-19, 2011 (Preview Days on November 13 and 14) at the Hanover Exhibition Grounds. Altogether 2,300 exhibitors from 46 countries attended the last event two years ago. More than 355,000 attendees, including 80,000 international attendees, came to gather information about new and further developments in agricultural machinery and equipment.

DLG’s new partner in New York, MagriM, Mark Krijnse Locker, offers a special travel package members including three days at Agritechnica, a visit of the Claas plant and a sightseeing day in Berlin — one of the world’s most exiting and historical places (there are also travel options to extend your trip).
