Meet Mechro: New Member Profile

Mechro builds AI for equipment manufacturers and their service organizations, helping technicians troubleshoot and fix equipment using the company’s service knowledge.

Based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Mechro brings together technical manuals, past service cases, and the diagnostic know-how of experienced technicians and engineers. During a repair, a technician describes what is happening with a machine, and Mechro helps them determine what to check next. The goal is to put expert-level service knowledge in every technician’s hands, making difficult work easier and reducing dependence on the few specialists everyone calls.

Mechro works alongside customers to understand their equipment, service challenges, and daily work. The team configures the software around that knowledge, supports its use in real service situations, and measures progress against an agreed starting point. Captured service experience also helps organizations preserve knowledge and identify opportunities to improve guidance, training, and support.

For farm equipment manufacturers and their dealer networks, Mechro offers a practical way to strengthen service capability when experienced technicians are hard to find. Its focus is helping the team already in place solve problems with greater confidence, keep equipment working, and create room for growth. As a new FEMA member, Mechro looks forward to connecting with fellow members and sharing practical ways AI can support the people who keep agricultural equipment running.
