Product Line For Sale

The following is the proposal for the “En Bloc Lot” sale of Buhler B56 product line.

 • B56 Complete units (9 units total)
 • 3 dozer blades, sizes 72” & 84”
 • 2 mowers, size 60”       
 • Attachments and accessories such as buckets and pallet forks
 • Component parts leftover from production of B56 units
 • Service/repair parts such as filter kits, switches, mirrors, lights etc.   
 • Tooling including dies, welding fixtures, drilling fixtures, assembly dollies, lifting jigs, tools and paint fixtures

The proposal also includes all intellectual properties such as bills of materials, dealer and vendor listings, and design drawings.
