Celebrating Tricia Kidd: 25 Years of Commitment to FEMA

Please join us in congratulating our Accounting/Meeting Services Director, Tricia Kidd, on her incredible 25 years with the Farm Equipment Manufacturers Association (FEMA)! If you’ve ever called our office, you’ve almost certainly spoken to Tricia. She’s always ready with a friendly voice to help with everything from dues and meeting registration to finding that specialized piece of shortline equipment.

Tricia began her career with FEMA in July 1999. To give you a bit of perspective, a gallon of gas was just $1.17 back then! Over the years, she’s worked with three of our four Executive Vice Presidents: Bob Schnell, Vernon Schmidt, and our current Executive Vice President, Steve Hathaway. Tricia has worn many hats during her time here, from accounting and meeting planning to member services. She’s also attended over 20 Spring Conventions and 20 Fall Conventions!

Her wealth of knowledge and dedication are truly irreplaceable, and the personal connections she’s made with our members are invaluable. Despite the many changes over the years, Tricia says the family atmosphere within the Association has remained constant.

“It’s not just a job, and it’s not just about our team at the office. It’s about all the members I’ve gotten to know and the deep personal connections I’ve made over the years,” Tricia said.

Steve Hathaway added, “Tricia’s dedication and enthusiasm have been key to our Association for 25 years. She connects with members and understands their needs very well. We’re lucky to have her and look forward to more great years ahead.”
