Elkhart Plastics, Inc. Ranked No. 7 Rotomolder in North America

SOUTH BEND, IND. – Elkhart Plastics, Inc. (EPI) ranks at No.7 for overall rotomolding sales in North America in Plastics News’ 2020 Rotational Molders Ranking report. The company ranks No. 2 for top custom rotomolders.

EPI ranks in the top 10 for the fifth consecutive year and maintains its rank from last year. One hundred fourteen companies were included in the 2020 report. EPI reported sales of $102.1 million for the year. Plastics News released the rankings report in August 2020 based on data from fiscal year 2019.

During 2019, EPI grew its custom applications and continued to expand and build its proprietary brands including the TUFF Series intermediate bulk containers, KONG Coolers, Connect-A-Dock, and DEF Tanks. The company prioritizes innovation, automation, and the implementation of award-winning processes at all six facilities. Additionally, EPI remains committed to serving its employees through a number of programs including continued training and education and health and wellness initiatives.

EPI employs more than 500 people and utilizes 55 rotational molding machines – the second most machines reported amongst Plastics News’ top rotomolders – to design custom and off-the-shelf products for a diverse portfolio of customers.
