Educational Sessions: Don’t miss our dynamic speaker lineup. Grammy-winning Jimmy Yeary opens with a high-energy breakfast on October 29. Gene Marks shares strategies for manufacturers, while Mike Devereux and Brent Natzke explore using technology, data, and AI to boost efficiency and margins. John Turlais addresses tariffs, Michael Bird offers insights on e-commerce strategy, and Chris Morbitzer and Aaron Huisinga discuss staying ahead with AI-ready distribution.

Networking & Spouses/Guests Events: Take full advantage of social opportunities! Join a reception for first-time attendees, a welcome party, and a charcuterie/mixology workshop for spouses and guests. Don’t miss the 75th Anniversary Gala, featuring a three-course dinner, a Fireside Chat with Super Bowl Champion Kurt Warner, and Bruce “The Piano Man” Barker, who is back by popular demand for an evening of music and fun.
Attendees are welcome to bring a spouse or guest to convention sessions and social events. The Cosmopolitan Hotel’s central Strip location provides easy access to top dining, entertainment, and attractions, ensuring plenty of experiences for everyone.

Registration & Name Badges: The convention registration desk will be on the 4th-floor foyer of the Cosmopolitan Hotel. Association staff will be available throughout the convention to answer questions. A badge is required to attend any convention meetings, sessions, or social activities. A QR code on your badge replaces any drink or event tickets.

This helps you prepare to make the most of every networking opportunity—set up important meetings in advance and identify key contacts before the event even begins.

Get Involved: The Association is always seeking members to serve on committees such as Communications, Education, Membership, and more. By joining a committee, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape the content of our benefits, conventions, and publications. Room Reservations: If you need to adjust your hotel reservation, contact Tricia Kidd at (314) 878-2304. After Wednesday, Oct. 22, room changes should be handled directly with the Cosmopolitan Hotel at (877) 854-8203.

Dress Code: Attire for the Marketing & Distribution Convention is business casual. While some members may opt for jackets and ties, the majority will likely wear khakis and pullovers. Wear what makes you feel comfortable.
