Kubota North America announced last week that Shingo Hanada will be the company’s new president and CEO beginning in 2022.
Hanada is a 32-year veteran of the company and will oversee Kubota Tractor Corp. as well as Kubota North America. He succeeds Haruyuki Yoshida, who is retiring.
The newly appointed chief executive has worked in the company’s U.S. business as well as held executive roles in Europe.
“I am eager to continue the tremendous momentum Kubota has experienced over the last several years under Mr. Yoshida’s leadership,” Hanada said. “We are committed to expanding our product lines and building our infrastructure to better meet the needs of our customers and dealers, and I am confident we will continue to further strengthen the Kubota brand in the U.S. marketplace and throughout North America in the process.”
