Making the Most of the Supply Summit & Showcase
This is it — the last Shortliner before we gather in Little Rock, AR. We’re expecting 200 executives for the meeting. The Supplier Showcase includes 40 exhibitor booths and is an outstanding opportunity to form new partnerships and strengthen existing ones. You can find the complete list of supplier exhibitors at FarmEquip.org/BoothMap. And, new this year, we are featuring our Spotlight Display program. Please make time to stop by these 13 exhibitor booths on Wednesday and Thursday. If you’ve already registered for the meeting—and we have your email address—you’ll receive an email from us this week that covers housekeeping matters.
“Members often tell us that one of the most valuable benefits of being part of our association is the opportunity to engage in conversations with fellow industry professionals,” said Association President Randy Reinke. “Whether they’re eager to dive into the Summit’s educational sessions or excited about the networking opportunities, it’s all about gaining fresh insights and leaving with a renewed sense of energy and readiness to tackle challenges.”
If you are joining us for the 2024 Supply Summit, here are a few last minute tips to help you prepare. Use our registration list to reach out to potential business partners before the convention. To view the complete list of attendees, check out FarmEquip.org/SummitList24.
Get Involved: The Association is always looking for members to serve on standing committees such as communications, education, membership, etc. These committees will meet at the Summit on Thursday and Friday. If you are interested in attending one of these meetings or would like to find out more information, contact Steve Hathaway, Executive Vice President, at Steve@FarmEquip.org.
Registration/Name Badges: The convention registration desk will be on the 2nd floor balcony of the Little Rock Marriott. Association staff will be at the desk the entirety of the Summit to answer any questions you may have. A badge is required to attend any convention meetings, sessions or social activities.
Networking Opportunities: Supplier Companies, in cooperation with the Association host a series of casual gatherings including golf, trap shoot, walk/run, and a night out on the town. There is also a Casino themed Welcome Party and a First Time Attendee Reception on Wednesday, April 3.
Room Reservations: If you need to adjust your room reservation, please contact Tricia Kidd at (314) 878-2304. After Wednesday, March 27, room changes should be handled directly with the Marriott Little Rock at (501) 906-4000.
Download the new FEMA App: Responding to numerous requests, the Association has launched an innovative app that can be used at both the meetings and throughout the year. Note: Scan the QR code to download and access member profiles, meeting schedules, farm show dates, booth details and much more.
Spouses/Guests: Meeting attendees are more than welcome to bring a spouse/guest to take part in convention events, general sessions, breakouts, social activities and a special event planned just for them on Thursday, April 4 at Moss Mountain, the Farm Home television personality, and landscape designer, P. Allen Smith. There’s plenty of things to do in Little Rock, and the hotel is centrally located and is within walking distance of the River Market District which features an array of boutiques, museums, eateries, art galleries and nightlife.
Dress Code: Attire for the spring Summit is business casual. While some folks may opt for jackets and ties, the majority will likely wear khakis and pullovers. We encourage you to wear what makes you feel comfortable and confident.
