NAEDA Launches Repair Done Right Platform

The North American Equipment Dealers Association (NAEDA) has launched the Right to Repair training platform that will provide dealer personnel a foundational understanding of what the Right to Repair issue is and how our industry is supporting customer repair.

The Repair Done Right training platform is comprised of three components:

Branded Training: Condensed dealer demonstrations with concise and easily understood videos with testing to ensure retention of key information.

Marketing Materials: Downloadable digital and print marketing materials are available to show customers that dealers are committed to increasing their uptime and supporting their repair.

Advocacy Efforts: Through industry and customer education, perception can be shifted. Training hours are aggregated, and insights gained from industry surveys play a significant role in fighting back against Right to Repair proponent’s arguments.
