Return of Farm Progress Brings Lighter Crowds, Good Conversations

We were thrilled to see so many of you in Decatur, Ill., last week for the 2021 Farm Progress Show. Your display of membership was good for the Association and good for the shortline industry. Thank you.

Crowds seemed light this year, which could be caused by a recent rush of equipment purchases, lingering uncertainty about travel, or perhaps a shift in how we conduct business.

We find it hard to believe that anything will ever be better than a face-to-face conversation. The possibilities of what we will learn from one another rises to a next level when we are together.
