Suppliers: Stand Out Through Sponsorships

Suppliers seeking to stand out at the meeting may find value in sponsoring a session at the Summit, a networking event, sending a delivery to attendees’ rooms, hosting a welcome station, etc. Take a look at these sponsorship opportunities.

Speaker sessions ($1,500 to $3,000). Sponsors are acknowledged by the Association president, through signs, and in the program. You are also welcome to distribute printed sales information in the session room or sponsor a promotional item that will be given to attendees at registration. Speaker sponsors are also entitled to one free registration.

Welcome Station ($1,250). Set up a display near the registration desk during peak hours, which are 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday. This is an opportunity to be visible through signs, printed sales materials, and promotional giveaways. You will be acknowledged in the program and in the president’s remarks on stage.

Display Sponsor ($350). This opportunity is much like the welcome station but offered during a 90-minute window that the sponsor and Association decide upon together. This sponsorship offers fewer opportunities to be acknowledged than the Welcome Station sponsorship. Call the Association for details.

Golf or Dolphin Cruise ($100). Sponsor a hole on the golf course/station during the golf tournament or during the dolphin cruise with a sign that acknowledges your support of the Association.
