Ag 1 Source Celebrates 10 Years

Member company Ag 1 Source, Hesston, KS, recently celebrated their 10 year anniversary as a agricultural recruiting organization. The company was founded in 2002 by a group of recruiters that believed agri-businesses deserved a recruiting partner that provided a higher-level of service, credibility, and professionalism than was previously available in the market place.

“We have spent the past 10 years providing our clients with value-based human resource solutions that are founded on integrity, desired results, and a passion for excellence,” said Rick Rupp. “In agriculture today, we are living in a talent-scarce hiring environment with intense competition for key employees. However, we are extremely optimistic about the tremendous opportunities in agriculture. The recent addition of two new recruiters focusing on the equipment industry, is indicative of our continued commitment to better serve our clients and candidates across the USA and globally.”

The company says it plans to continue to expand their reach in the key ag sectors.
