Alamo Group Europe Acquires Kellands Agricultural Ltd.

Alamo Group Inc. announced its European subsidiary acquired Kellands Agricultural Ltd. and its subsidiary, Multidrive Tractors Ltd., based near Cheltenham, Gloucestershire in England.

The Kellands Group manufactures and markets self-propelled sprayers and multi-purpose load-carrying tractor vehicles. The multi-drive unit will provide a tractor platform for carrying agricultural and industrial equipment. In 2013, its sales totaled approximately US$11 million.
