ASABE To Revise Broadcast Spreader Standard

The American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers (ASABE) has initiated a project to revise ASAE S341.3, Procedure for Measuring Distribution Uniformity and Calibrating Granular Broadcast Spreaders.

The revision will address the ricocheting of calibration material into the collection trays when testing is carried out on a hard surface.
